These Terms of Use govern your use of Springvx at springvx.asia and its area code subdomains (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What the Site provides

The Site organizes US telephone numbers by area code and shows names, businesses and addresses alongside them. Area code, exchange, city and ZIP data comes from public government sources. The names, businesses and addresses shown with individual numbers are compiled automatically and are not verified subscriber records. They may be inaccurate or unrelated to the actual user of a number.

2. Not a consumer reporting agency

Springvx is not a "consumer reporting agency" and the information on the Site is not a "consumer report" as those terms are defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You may not use the Site or any information from it to decide whether someone is eligible for credit, insurance, employment, housing, a professional license or any other purpose covered by the FCRA or similar laws.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as checking a number that called you. You agree not to:

• use the Site to stalk, harass, threaten or harm anyone;
• rely on a listing as proof of a person's identity, address or ownership of a number;
• copy, scrape or bulk-download content, or use automated tools that place excessive load on the Site;
• use the Site in violation of any law, including telemarketing and privacy laws.

4. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that any information is accurate, complete or current, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Springvx and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content.

6. Removal requests

You can ask us to remove or correct a listing through the contact form. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
